Hi everyone. Six weeks from today, it will all be over
again. For those that have committed we are looking forward to seeing you. For
those that cannot make it this year, you will be truly missed. For those that
have not decided, time is getting close. Lets have a good turn out for all the
hard work Dick and Shelly Peach have done. Those that have hosted know it is
not an easy task, but well worth it. We are kind of a unique group. We are a
small group, a specific group and a specific time frame. We were all in the 91
TFS weapons shop from around 1965 through 1972. For those that have not
attended in the past, they are a lot of fun. I come away each year feeling
younger, just seeing the guys I spent 3 years of my life with. Right now it
appears we have 10 committed. Please let everyone know if you will be attending
as many of the ladies bring small gifts for each other. I hope to see many of
you at BW BUDS REUNION 2008.

Hi everyone. I have received some new names, addresses, phone #'s,
E-Mail addresses since I sent out my latest list. I have made some
corrections, including Paul Kuzinski's new E-Mail address as of today.
Have also heard from several folks as well. All indications, this may
be the biggest yet. WE ARE ALSO IN FOR A REAL TREAT. Just received
word today, JOHN URBANK ( Bomber ) will be in attendance. He has not
missed a beat since our Bentwaters Days. At Reunion 2004 he was still
able to entertain us all. If we all do a little arm twisting, we will
have our biggest attendance yet. We have had 26 Airmen attend at least
one reunion. Attached please find an up to date list of BW Buds. For

Buds,
There are is a block of rooms reserved for us
at the
Hilton Garden Inn. They will be held until 9/5/08.
To receive our special room rate you will need to ask for the "Bentwaters"
block. The number at the hotel is 847-475-6400.
Over the next few weeks Shelley and I will be
putting together a package that we will be sending via
"snail" mail with brochures from the hotel, a visitors guide
to the area and an area map. We will also forward on to
everyone the rest of the weekend itinerary when it's
complete. We're looking forward to seeing everyone this
fall, when you know you're coming let us know so we can
start getting a head count for the meals.

Buds,
It's a go for the 2008 Bentwaters Buds Reunion in beautiful
Evanston, Illinois. If not, I'm going to have to have one hell
of party to fill the room we reserved and eating the food we've
arranged with the caterers! I discussed the idea of the reunion
with my wife and she's getting excited about having it here and
is already helping to figure out the logistics. We have already
secured a location for our Saturday night dinner, and are
working out hotel packages with our three hotels in town.
So, Looking forward to getting the whole thing worked out. I'll
be relying on you guys for guidance as this starts to take shape
as I have just one reunion to use a guide. As questions arise
you'll be hearing from me. This is going to be a great time for
everyone.

Hello Buds and Ladies.
Looks like 2008 is an official go in Beautiful
Evanston,
Illinois. I believe this is the earliest we have ever made an
announcement. We must have really made an impression on
Richard, for him to step forward after only one reunion. Sounds
as if he really has his wife involved too. I know we can count
on Richard and his wife to do a terrific job, like the reunions
in the past. We have plenty of time to locate NEW BUDS between
now and then. Ron Petrosky has promised to try to attend in
2008. Charlie Levine is retiring in the spring of 2008 and has
promised to get involved. Steve Gunderson, we are moving closer
to your home, we really have missed you after attending the
first two. For those that have not checked our website
guestbook for a while, there
is a message posted by Glen Morgan. We went through tech school
together and when we left Denver, Glen rode as far as St. Louis
with me. We went to Bentwaters on the same plane and returned
together and were discharged together. If you look at
my pictures on the
bwbuds website, Glen is picture #62.
